His intense research of Tesla, Beck, Rife, Voll, and others are the foundation for his inventions. In use by chiropractors, doctors, veterinarians, naturopaths and a host of bioenergetic therapists, his instruments are currently being used in over 100 countries.
Paul combines frequencies using light, sound, color, and vibration in various applications, including Cold Lasers, Terahertz, Rife Machines, and Tesla Coils.
His most recent invention, called the Quantum Body Tuner, generates an electromagnetic-plasma field that promotes homeostasis so that the body can naturally restore itself.
